Elizabeth City Campus library is on the first floor of the B building.

Dare Campus library is located near the front entrance of the Administration Building at the Russell Twiford Road location.

Wilson OmniFile Full Text provides access to articles from 4,500 periodicals, many available in full text. It excels in providing scholarly articles from academic journals.
